Application/Processing Fee

$150.00 (This fee is waived for current GCDS families)

School Hours

Elementary: 8:15 am – 2:30 pm

Pre-K5: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm

We offer Early Risers and After School for an additional fee. Registration for these programs occurs after admittance into Gainesville County Day School.

 

Kindergarten Age Requirement

Students must be five years old by September 1st of the ongoing (or upcoming) school year.

Pre-K5 Age Requirement

Students must be four years old by September 1st of the ongoing (or upcoming) school year. If your child is younger, you may apply for the Early Childhood Enchriment Center here.

Pre-K5 VPK Program Application (2-Step):​

1. Complete the GCDS preschool application and submit the $150 processing fee. ​

2. Complete the State of Florida VPK Child Eligibility and Enrollment Certificate through the Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County here. You must return one copy of this certificate to our school to complete your application.
